The House

Ginigala House is a spacious three-bedroom villa that is ideal for families and couples. The house is tastefully decorated with antique furniture and prints and contemporary Sri Lankan art.

A light-filled suite occupies the entire upper floor and features a study, a bedroom with king bed, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and claw-foot bath. Two bedrooms on the ground floor have high ceilings, garden vistas, and are furnished with double four poster beds fitted with mosquito nets. They share a generous bathroom, with large walk-in shower. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans.

Inclusions

The house includes a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room that leads out on to the rear veranda where guests can dine overlooking the garden. An ambalama provides an airy open space for yoga or gatherings with family and friends. The secluded pool is perfect for a refreshing dip.

Ginigala House has a small team of friendly staff to look after guests during their stay. Tuk-tuk transportation, local excursions and activities can easily be arranged, and the in-house chef is available to cook breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
